01Scope of Systems
Forge Systems provides custom-engineered AI automation architectures. We do not sell "magic buttons." We build complex, probabilistic systems designed to automate manual B2B workflows.
By engaging with Forge, you acknowledge that AI systems are tools for efficiency, not guaranteed replacements for human judgment in high-stakes scenarios.
02AI Limitations & Liability
Artificial Intelligence models (LLMs) are probabilistic. While we engineer systems to minimize error rates (targeting <1%), "hallucinations" or incorrect outputs may occur.
Forge Systems is not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs, nor for lost revenue resulting from upstream API outages (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud downtime).
03Intellectual Property
- Client DataYou retain 100% ownership of your business data and specific prompt logic developed for your unique use case.
- System CoreForge Systems retains ownership of the underlying "Engine" code, utility functions, and orchestration architecture used to run your agents.
04Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our systems if we detect abuse, reverse engineering attempts, or usage that violates the safety policies of underlying model providers (e.g., generating spam, hate speech, or malicious content).
